VALLEY CRICKET ACADEMY HOLIDAY CAMPS FOR GIRLS AND BOYS

Monday 4 July – Thursday 7 July 2022

Term 2 Holiday Camp

Age group: For 7 years and up

Dates:   Monday 4 July – Thursday 7 July 2022

Times:  9-12noon

Coaches:    Peter Drinnen + other qualified coaches.

Program:   All aspects of the game covered.

Where:  VDCC nets, Yoku Road, Ashgrove.

What to bring:                  

• Cricket gear,

• Sporting attire (preferably whites) with wide brimmed hat

• Water bottle

• Sunscreen. 

• Morning snack

Program Coordinator:    Peter Drinnen (PD Cricket)

Cost:     

$230 (12 hours coaching) +$5 yearly insurance
$60 per day (3-hour coaching)

What’s covered in the cost:

• The participants will get a 4-day coaching program involving skill-based work along with game simulation opportunities delivered by qualified coaches. Ages 7 and up are all welcome.

• Children can participate on 1 or more days.

• All new participants will receive a Valley Cricket Academy Shirt and Cap.

Junior Fundamentals – 7 to 10 year olds (Boys and Girls)

All 3 skill sets (batting, bowling, and fielding) are covered and is aimed at players who are new to the game.

7 Weeks for $370

Pre-Season Youth Development (Boys and Girls)

For boys and girls (ages 14+) looking to transition from junior to senior cricket.

• Skill intensive sessions

• Tactical and game awareness

• Technique analysis and one-on-one feedback

Post Term 3 Holiday Camp

Program:   All aspects of the game covered (Batting, Bowling, Fielding).

Location:  Valley District Cricket Club, Yoku Road Ashgrove.

What to bring:
